Call for Recipes, Photos and Art for New Israeli Cookbook

Tel Aviv based publisher Lunch Box headed by Ofir Vardi is publishing a new cookbook in English of easy to prepare kosher recipes. They are accepting photos, works of art, illustrations, graphic pieces, recipes and the like documenting the Israeli culinary experience as you see it.

Lunch Box publishes cookbooks in an unusual format – cards in a box. They are also available as an app for the Ipad and Iphone. Their most recent publication is a kosher Hungarian cookbook of 120 recipes with photos to drool over. In Hebrew the book is called “Goulash l’Golesh” which will sound cute to Hebrew speakers because it means “Goulash for Surfers”..In English the collection is called “Going Paprikash” and includes Hungarian music and nostalgic home movies. Both versions are available from the app store.
