Slideluck Potshow comes to Tel Aviv
Slideluck Potshow is a culinary art event that has been held to date in approximately 40 places around the world. The event consists of 20 multimedia presentations by various artist and a potluck meal and brought by the guests.
The Potshow was founded by American photographer Casey Kellbaugh to encourage artists, art and community through food. The Slideluck Potshow starts as a social gathering and a dinner of home cooking and then the lights dim, the crowd falls silent and presentations are projected. The first Tel Aviv Slideluck Potshow will take place on Monday, September 19th at 18:30 at the Bet Ha'ir Museum on Bialik Street.
At 20:00 local and international artists will make 5 minute presentations of their work and creation process.
Photographer Spencer Tunik (of Dead Sea nude photo fame) and Foma (see my last post about the Tel Aviv Street Art exhibit at the Rubinstein Pavilion will both be there.
