The last hurrah of Tel Aviv’s 100th year celebration takes place this Saturday night in the Tel Aviv Port. The show begins at 20:30 with a light and water show followed by a concert by popular singers Shlomo Artzi, Kobi Aflallo and others.
P.R. materials state that the concert will be followed by a “typical Tel Aviv – style open air party”. Tel Aviv residents can interpret this to mean lots of traffic until late Saturday night. In fact, attendees should know that free shuttles to the Port from Ganei Yehoshua will run from 18:00 to midnight. All surrounding streets will be closed from 18:00.
The first 100 years come to an end but next 100 years begin!
