Tel Aviv Flower Carpet - Bad News...and Good News
The flight bringing the flowers to Tel Aviv had technical problems so the festive opening of the Tel Aviv Flower Carpet didn't happen as planned.
Workers were out early however and have laid the carpet. At noon they were still working but the carpet is there.
